Create a email user

  1. Open the My Mailspaces page and choose the mailspace to manage.
  2. Scroll down and click on Setup Mailbox under Mailboxes.
  3. Fill in the on-screen fields. Enter the username, user email, and mailbox email name of your choice. Finally, adjust the mailbox size that you wish to assign to this mailbox with the slider, and Click Setup mailbox.
  4. Confirm the request sent to your user email to activate the mailbox.
  5. Try logging into our free webmail platform to send and receive email. If unable to login with your new mailbox credentials, use our free POP3 Connectivity Analyzer tool to identify and resolve mailspace connectivity issues.
