To start using our email services, you will need a mailspace subscription. Mailspace subscriptions are the bare minimum base plan packages, which can be scaled up with upgrades or add-ons. Please note that startup plans cannot be upgraded to business plans at this time.
Mailspace and add-on subscriptions can be purchased for varying span, starting from 30 days up to 3 years, which can be further extended through renewals. Without timely renewal, subscriptions will be automatically canceled, and all relevant data deleted after 45 days.
All our product subscriptions require upfront payment**, without any long-term obligation. The contract terms are limited to the payment made and if you are not satisfied with our products, we also offer a 30-day full refund policy. We also offer a 30-day free trial for mailspace subscriptions, without any risk or commitment.
Furthermore, when you cancel select subscriptions after 30 days, we also offer prorated credit refunds in the form of account credits, which can you used to purchase on our platform. You can check if your order qualifies for a refund by clicking the Cancel button on the order details page.
